Change a batch of vehicles in one pass
Select vehicles on the Selling page and set a field across all of them at once instead of opening each one. Select mode, then Bulk Editor in the toolbar.
You can set start status, key status, documentation type, storage facility, public or private, starting bid, floor price, reserve, key fee, storage fee, doc fee, and notes. Fill in only what you want to change, review the list, and apply. The review step lets you pull individual vehicles out before you commit.
A few things worth knowing:
Up to 100 vehicles in one action.
Vehicles that can't take the change are dropped from the batch before it sends. The footer tells you how many will actually update.
Money fields take whole dollars. Starting bid runs $1 to $100,000, floor and reserve $0 to $100,000, and key, storage, and doc fees $0 to $10,000.
Works on desktop and mobile.
Upload photos in a batch, then assign them
Add or Edit Media now takes the whole set at once. Pick every photo you shot or drag the files in, then step through them and tap the type each one belongs to.
A review screen shows the full set before anything saves, so you can add more photos or change an assignment. Back reopens the previous photo with its type still selected.
A few things worth knowing:
Each named type holds one photo. Damage/Other takes as many as you want.
he four required angles are marked, but you can save with types still empty and fill them later.
Deleting a photo mid-batch frees its type back up for another shot.
Save part of a set now and add the rest later. Photos you already saved stay put.
The Additional media tab is video only now. Damage and Other photos live in the main flow with everything else.
Filter your vehicles by location
If you run more than one lot, the Selling views now have a Location filter. Pick one or more of your pickup locations and the list narrows to the vehicles sitting there.
Three things worth knowing:
The options are your account's pickup locations, and you can select more than one at a time.
It works in both the status tabs and text search results, alongside your sorting and search terms.
Accounts without pickup locations won't see the filter.
See how many vehicles match each saved search
The saved search dropdown now shows a count next to every saved search, so you can tell which ones have inventory waiting before you open them.
Two things worth knowing:
Counts are pulled when you open the dropdown, and they match what the results page shows when you select that search.
A search whose count can't be worked out shows no number rather than a zero.
