Buying Power deposits are no longer required to bid, and existing deposits have been refunded.

Improved

Bid without funding a Buying Power deposit

Buying Power deposits are no longer required to place a bid on Autura Marketplace. There is no longer a bidding limit tied to a deposit balance, so you can bid without pre-funding capacity first.

You still need a completed account and a payment method on file through Autura Verified Payments in order to bid.

A few things worth knowing:

  • Existing Buying Power balances have been refunded to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 1 to 3 business days of being processed.

  • Refunds are issued less any applicable credit card processing fees, as set out in the Deposit Terms. ACH deposits carry no fee and are returned in full.

  • The Buying Power indicator and the Wallet deposit controls no longer appear on accounts that do not require a deposit. Nothing is wrong with your account.

  • Transaction History in your Wallet still shows every Buying Power purchase, application, and refund.

  • Every bid remains binding. Removing the deposit does not change your obligation to pay for what you win inside the payment window.
