Navigating the Updated Autura Interface
The updated Autura interface introduces a new layout, which may require users to familiarize themselves with accessing key features like won vehicles and auction listings. Below are step-by-step instructions to help you navigate these features effectively.
Accessing Won Vehicles
To locate vehicles you’ve won on the updated Autura site, follow these steps:
Open the Marketplace site and navigate to the top menu.
Select My Autura to access your Buying view.
Apply the Won filter to display vehicles you’ve won, including those awaiting payment.
To proceed with payment, click Checkout (available at the top right or via the green banner).
You will be directed to the Summary screen, which is Step 1 of the 3-step checkout process. Here, you can review details and receipts.
Viewing Auction Listings
If you are unable to see auction listings in the new interface, use the following steps:
Open Auctions from the upper-left navigation menu.
From the filter menu, select Seller.
Choose the specific seller whose listings you want to view.
You can also use the location filter and use your or a regional zip code, select a mileage proximity (i.e. 50 miles) and hit submit.
This will display the vehicles associated with the selected seller or region. By following these instructions, you can efficiently navigate the updated Autura interface to access your won vehicles and view auction listings.
