How to List a Vehicle on Autura Marketplace

There are several ways to get vehicles into Autura Marketplace. This guide covers all of them; pick the one that fits how you work.

Before You List

Every vehicle needs to be in your Selling tab as a Draft before it can be scheduled for auction. All listing paths create a Draft first. You then complete the required fields and photos before scheduling.

Option 1: Add a Single Vehicle Manually

1. Go to My Autura and select the Selling tab.

2. Select Add Vehicle.

3. Enter the VIN. Year, make, model, and color fill in automatically.

4. If the vehicle has no standard VIN, toggle Non-standard VIN and enter details by hand.

5. Select Inspect Vehicle to open the listing form.

6. Complete all required fields: condition information, photos (minimum 4), starting bid.

7. Add any applicable fees: key fee, storage fee, doc fee.

8. Choose Public or Private for auction type.

9. Save the listing.

NOTE All required fields must be complete and at least 4 photos uploaded before you can schedule the auction. The platform will show which fields are missing if scheduling is blocked.

Option 2: Upload Multiple Vehicles by VIN

10. From the Selling tab, select the batch upload option.

11. Upload your VIN list. The system creates a Draft for each vehicle automatically.

12. Complete required fields and photos for each vehicle individually before scheduling.

NOTE Batch upload creates Drafts only — it does not auto-complete listings. You still need to add condition information, photos, and pricing for each vehicle before it can go to auction.

Option 3: Use Your TMS (TOPS or ARIES)

If you use TOPS or ARIES as your towing management system, vehicles can flow into Autura Marketplace automatically.

• TOPS: When a vehicle is entered in TOPS, it appears in your Marketplace Draft inventory with details pre-filled.

• ARIES: When a vehicle reaches disposition-ready status in ARIES, it is pushed to your Marketplace inventory.

In both cases, you still need to complete condition information, photos, and pricing in the Marketplace before scheduling.

NOTE TMS integration must be enabled for your account. Contact support if vehicles are not appearing in your Marketplace inventory after entry in your TMS.

Option 4: Use the Inspection App

13. Open the inspection app on your mobile device. The vehicle must already exist as a Draft in your Selling tab.

14. Select the vehicle from the list.

15. Enter condition details and take a minimum of 4 photos.

16. Review your entries on the final screen and select Complete Inspection.

17. If you work in an area without reliable internet access, everything syncs automatically to your Marketplace account once your device reconnects to a network.

NOTE Your progress is saved automatically if you close the app mid-inspection. You can return and pick up where you left off.

What Happens After the Listing Is Complete
